We at Jetmore Insurance Group want to thank you again for your business; we value you as a customer and look forward to serving you.

As our policy holder, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the services we are providing, and that you know we are always available for your questions, concerns and claims.  Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.  We are closed from noon to 1pm daily for pre-scheduled appointments.  Voice mail is available 24 hours/7 days a week at (410) 394-9000. Messages of urgent matter regarding claims will be appropriately responded to after hours and on weekends.

In the event of a claim, we recommend you visit our website at www.jetmoreinsurancegroup.com and click on the Claims tab for claim reporting instructions or follow the directions on your insurance card and/or policy.  This is the quickest way to get directly to a claims adjustor and begin the claim reporting process.

Please be prepared for holiday office closings and inclement weather closings when making payments at the office.  Our office is closed most government holidays.  Office closing information will be on our voice mail, posted on our office door, and posted on the “News & Updates” page of our website at least one week prior to the closing.  Our website also offers up-to-date agency information as well as links for New Clients, Understanding Your Liability Limits, and a form to Update Your Contact Information.

For your convenience, we have a drop box at our office for making non-cash payments or for dropping off paperwork after hours or on weekends.  Payments made after hours must be made using the drop box.  Please be advised that we do not accept cash payments.  Please be prepared to make your payment by check or money order.  Payments can only be entered in the system during regular business hours.  When making payments after regular business hours or on holidays, these payments will not be applied to your account until 9 a.m. the next business day.  We are not responsible for cash that is left in the drop box or that is mailed to our agency.

We STRONGLY encourage all our policy holders to visit and review the Renewal Considerations and Optional Coverages links on our website to familiarize yourselves with the coverages that are available to you on your insurance policies.  Most of these coverages are NOT included on a standard policy and many are highly recommended by our agency.  Although additional coverages do come with additional fees, you will consider it money well spend in the event of a claim.  Please contact our agency if you have any questions regarding additional coverages that can be added to your policy, or if you have any questions regarding coverages that may already be on your policy.

We also wish to advise our clients that we do not make calls regarding late or missed insurance payments.  Our agency insurer advises that we do not call insureds regarding their payments as a practice unless we can guarantee that we can call every insured, regarding every policy, every time their payment is late or missed.  Due to the fact that we deal with multiple insurance companies, and these companies each have a different way of updating client records, we cannot have a consistent way of knowing the exact billing status of all client records.  Often times, our system is not updated with a late or missed payment, or even a cancellation, until several days after the policy has been canceled or the payment has been missed.

Additionally, failure to receive a bill does not relieve you of the responsibility to make your payments.  If you have moved or purchased a new policy, please make sure we have the correct mailing address and verify the address on your insurance documents.  Mistakes can be made and mail can get lost, so we advise all insureds to keep track of when their payments are due in the event they do not receive a bill. 

For homeowners insurance renewals, it is extremely important to contact your lender to make sure they pay your premium PRIOR TO the renewal date.  Lenders often make payments after the due date and policies cancel.  Lenders also change frequently, so it is wise to make sure there haven’t been any changes with your lender’s name or address at renewal time.

Finally, we advise all clients to regularly review their current insurance policies and to consider their possible need for more or less insurance coverage.  As your life changes, so does your need for insurance.  Whether it is the birth of a child, a new business venture, retirement or one of life’s many other changes, you always want to have proper insurance coverage.  Please feel free to give us a call if you would like an insurance “check-up”, or would simply like information on a product that may be of interest to you.
